• Snowball particles
• Particles from an egg
• Food particles
• Broken block particles
• Extinguished particles

Does not affect:

• Powder snow particles
• Smoke particles
• Ender dragon fireball particles

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place powder snow (two blocks high).
2. Enter powder snow.
3. Summon affected particles (for example, throw snowballs at your feet, eat food, or sprint).

Observed results:

Particles twitch and blink.

Expected results:

Particles behave normally.
