poor UI performance

The Bug

**When I enable hide UI my FPS increases to 60Fps, but when I turn it off, my Fps drops to 20Fps. The same case happen when I opened an inventory.

How to Reproduce

Play in heavy world and low end devices. Try to turn on and off Hide UI and count how many Fps you get
