Some rows of sugar cane don't break when holding on screen (minecraft beta 1.16.220.51)

Ok, I know there have been many reports for this bug but in older versions, I haven't been able to find any regarding to the beta so that is why I'm doing this report. In the newest beta (1.16.220.51) the same thing is happening again, I try to break multiple rows at a time but some don't break, I've checked with other crops and it's only sugar cane. I've run multiple tests to make sure it's not a big but the following images show that it is indeed a bug.
