block lag (block disappears quickly after mining it)

ever since the new 1.16.210 update on xbox one bedrock edition, I've been getting a lot of block lag everytime I try mining anything, especially a block. it would sometimes quickly disappear without showing those tiny little blocks that you see when mining any block or object. and it's extremely unplayable when I'm branch mining in a cave. thank you.
