gametest command can be run on servers without being active or permissions

When on a bedrock edition dedicated server, the gametest command can be run without gametest being activated or the required permissions (in survival).

 

Server is European and both client and server are on 1.16.210.

 

Expected Results:

On typing / in chat, gametest is an available option as well as the usual commands (/w, /msg etc)

 

Additional information:

Doesn't affect all servers

Affected server had cheats activated for operators, however members could run the command, unaffected server had cheats disabled

Affected server had other experimental features activated, but not gametest
