The warden and the great hunger keep killing me

An invisible mob keeps attacking me and it explodes withput soing any environment damage. In chat it says i was slain by %entity.caf:warden.name. This 'mob' also randomly explodes in areas that im not even in and kills all the mobs around it. I think this only happens in the bedrock realm as we havent experienced it in a normal world yet. Does anyone know whats happening and can anyone help?
