Player's hand still bobs when View Bobbing is Toggled off

Players hand will still bob if you toggle View bobbing off the Bug is also present on v1.16.40

  Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn off view bobbing
2. Stay on first person
3. Walk
4. As you can see the Hand will continue bobbing even the View bobbing is off.
