I can't join friends , servers and realms on ps4

I play on Ps4 and can't join any friends, realms or servers. Whenever I try to join it always loads infinitely. I have already reinstalled Minecraft , disconnected and reconnected to microsoft and also have PSplus.

My friends can join me but I can not join them.
