Failed to Login Error Code "Pufferfish"

When logging into Mincecraft on an iPad Pro with iOS 14.4 We get a (translated into Dutch) message saying:

We could not sign you in to you Microsoft Account. Access to Realms, profiles and your Marketplace items will be limited. Please try again later.

Error code: Pufferfish.
