Blocks don't break / 5 seconds delay

A week ago I was playing minecraft, there were no delays. 3 days ago I decided to go to my world after which I noticed that the blocks break with a delay of 5 seconds as well as the movement of mobs /damage also with a delay of 5 seconds. I can attach a video if the translation was not clear
