Xbox one saves disapearing

This issue started when my xbox console updated software (just before 1.16.120 update). My survival world, which I have been playing for over a year just disapeared after saving. I tried opening some older saves, and it did the same thing. However, if I make a new world and save it, the save works just fine. I am connected to cloud for cloud backup of saves, but I can't even get it to show up there.
