Error -3 y -4, Do not log in

Hello, very good, I have this error along with several, I bought minecraft in the Amazon Appstore and I play it from a Samsung J6 2018 and a fifth generation Amazon Kidle, because now it does not let me log in with my microsoft account, also, I thought that if I left the account and tried to enter again I was going to leave, but I got another error which sent captures, "Creeper" and "Luminous stone" I don't know much about English so I'm using a translator, I apologize in advance hand if something is not understood.
