Everything black after leaving mc and going back in with raytracing

What I did

1. Go into world
2. Enable raytracing
3. Minimize Minecraft
4. Open windows settings
5. Enable game bar
6. Re-open Minecraft

 

After doing this, the lighting was gone. Everything was black except the luminescent text on signs. Disabling raytracing had everything back to normal.

I am using the Kelly's RTX resource pack for raytracing. It is not on the world resource packs, it is on my resource packs.

Upscaling is disabled, but now even with RTX on I can't turn upscaling on.
