Black Screen, Never Loads

When the main Nintendo profile is selected to play minecraft, the profile with all the world's, skins, etc. the screen remains black for a good 10 minutes before closing with an error. If we select another profile, the game loads just fine, but the issue is the 100+ dollars that was spent on worlds, skins, etc. that no longer loads. Is there a solution to the issue and if so I'd love to know. Thank you in advance to all those who respond.
