Player sinks through boat when standing on it while it moves up.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place your boat on the water.
2. Stand on it (don't get in!).

Observed results:
The player will almost immediately fall through the boat.

Expected results:
The player will not fall through the boat, but will simply stand on it.
