Skin pack “equipped” but not there or imvalid

I payed for a few Minecraft Ingame skin packs from the minecraft market place and , when I click ‘equip skin’ it says that it is equipped but it isn’t. But it was working an hour ago then I downloaded a free ‘1st Birthday Skin’ which now those skins I bought are not showing up anymore in owned.
