Connection and Marketplace Error

I've only seen one person talk about this but it was for the Xbox. I am able to login or Auto login to my account. However if I want to play with friends or going to the marketplace it loads for what seems like forever. Only today did I get an error 0 pop up. I've been going through this for maybe a week or two and it's been going on since before the latest update. I hope that this is something that can be fixed pretty quickly as a lot of people are going through it on different platforms. I just happened to be going through it on the Nintendo switch and I bought the cartridge instead of downloading the digital copy.
