Item still in my hand when deselected

I still had the diamond sword in my hand even though it wasn't selected. I re-logged and I didn't have it selected then when i selected it then deselected, the bug repeated itself! I don't know why, but i think it is a bug. Please solve this in Minecraft PE 0.13.2 PLEASE!!
