Can't get to purchased skins

i previously bought skins a while back and took a long break once i started playing again i realized my previous bought skins were no longer in the owned category. i didnt get bothered much by it so i went to buy more skins and when i bought another skin pack i was able to select a skin when i got it but when i went in game and then went back to change to a new skin from the pack the same thing happened. it disappeared and i was no longer able to select from ANY of my skins at this point. what happened to my skins? can anyone help me
