I have minecraft mobile and there is an issue with my account so I can't access the market place after the update.

I have not been able to access the market place in months. I  canceled the realms subscription because I. Opulent access it either. With this new update it now says there is an issue with my account and so I can't access the market place until you fix it

 Please fix this because minecraft is the only game I really play and I spend money on this game. I haven't been able to truly play as I want for months now.

I already Uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times. Which cost me all the worlds I had created before.
