Water Visual Glitch

I have come across a particular bug that happens on my windows 10 edition of minecraft bedrock. In a LAN world I use a "water elevator" which is just a stream of water coming from a hole with the source block in it, It has no unusual physics and is just a visual glitch. you can click here to see a video of it.

 

It seems to be the stairs beside it.
