My game lag so hard when i'm near of entities

Hello, like you could read in the title, my game lag so hard when i'm near of entites.

It's from an old update who was released a few months ago.

It's pretty weird because my PC is very good, here is my system:

• Intel Core I7
• NVIDIA GeForce 2070 RTX
• 16 Go RAM
