Marketplace Expansions frozen mid Download

Purchased Weapon Expanse and Way of the Neither, tried downloading them, now they are frozen and I can't download it at all. Additionally when you click in it, in the top right corner its missing the text to download or open. Tried Deleting from storage to then re-download, nothing happened.
