Gray bar when open inventory.

The glitch will happen whenever I Open my Inventory or open a container or when I press play the gray bar will appear and when I exit the software it says an error occurred the version is 1.16.210 and these other versions listed 1.16.201 1.16.200 Sorry I can't show you but it's gray and it goes left and right...
