basically when your are at the max build limit in minecraft bedrock and you press your button to place a block or interact with chests etc you start to take damage and eventually die from this

so when you are using your interact button at the max build limit you start after a couple of seconds to take damage and eventually die and you also see the drowning icon for a split second when it's happening
