Galaxy Tab S6 versions won't log in to Microsoft Account

On both Amazon & google play store versions

hangs at the window saying 

 

Signing in with your Microsoft Account....

 

does NOT ask for login details 

 

Amazon USELESS 

Google play store USELESS 

Mojang Twitter USELESS 

Mojang Customer Support took 3 months to tell us they are USELESS 

 

The galaxy is out of the box up to date Android

the App has been continually uninstalled & reinstalled 

 

WE DONT HAVE THESE PROBLEMS ON iOS 

 

1. why will NO ONE ADMIT THERES A PROBLEM 
2. TAKE OWNERSHIP 
3. AND FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!

we've spent not an inconsequential sum on an App for an 8 year old who has been screaming at me for the last 3 months because

HIS XMAS PRESENT STILL IS UTTERLY USELESS!!!!!
