Random, unusable item

So i was looking trought my creative inventory and at the bottom of the list of items (the one which shows all items in the game) there was a item with no name and it only had a line at the bottom left corner to bottom middle. This was in a world with the caves and cliffs setting on and all other moddingsoptions.
