Failed to Login Error Code "Creeper"

Unable to sign in to Microsoft account. After selecting login to Microsoft, a dialogue box pops up saying “Connecting...” and then after a while another dialogue box pops up telling me that it was unable to connect and to try again later with the following error code: Creeper. I’ve tried later, closed software, powered off Switch, restarted, still unable to connect.
