Minecraft splitscreen play doesn't work with one specific account

The problem is that I cannot play minecraft with my playstation account Saaana20. When I try to enter Sakke_93's world as a second player, my figure is visible in the world but on my screen the world is still loading. Other players can't hit me or do anything to me, they can just see me. 

 

I have playstation + membership so I should be able to play online. And I had played in that world before but about two weeks ago this bug occurred.

 

We tried deleting minecraft and downloading it again but it didn't help. Then, we tried creating a copy of the world but the same thing happened there, I was visible to others but couldn't move or get hit by anyone. 

 

Then, we tried if some other account on the same playstation could enter that world and they could. Even though those accounts don't have playstation+ so they shouldn't be able to play online. 

 

I can enter all other worlds except that one with my Saaana20 account. The seed of the world is -329450709 and name Laiva. 

 

This has continued for at least two weeks now and the latest update didn't help so I finally decided to ask your help with this problem. Can you help me, please? Let me know if you need some more information.
