I can't play with a friend

I can't play with my friend. We are both on ps4 are we both have PS Plus. Every time i try to join him or he try to join me it just shows 'Unable to connect to world.' 

I don't know how to fix it. I already reinstalled game and tried some YouTube advices but nothing helped. Please, what to do?
