I was going to play on this world ive been on for 3 months and then it disappeared from the worlds list but then i got it back. However its saying failed to sync or the worlds corrupt.

I cant put up a attachment but its says ' The world is not fully synced or has been corrupted. Try playing the world on a console where it's in good state and try migrating it again. '
