I can't access store or get friend request

I logged onto my ps4 this morning and wanted to play some minecraft. I clicked on it to see a update (2.21) so I assumed nothing of it since its was probably fixing small bugs. Once it updated I got on perfectly fine until I got a white error screen but it didn't kick me out so I decided to go into the store but soon saw that I couldn't go in due to there being a dark grey box with a red ! next to it. I reset my game and the same thing kept on happening so I Just loaded onto my world an played. Then my sister tried adding me since shes also plays on java but crossplat.(PC). I soon realized I wasnt able see my friend request or friends either
