Error loading world and creating a world

My world "No Cheats " (NOT A REALM) wont open all it says when I click to join the world "there was a problem" or something like that I'll add an attachment but now since that is happening I cant create a new world like everytime I press "create" it just wont click please respond asap this has been a problem since yesterday  

edit: I can connect to my realms and other worlds but I cannot connect to that certain world "No Cheats " and I am still having a problem where I cannot create a world still
