Player model anchor not correctly placed?

Weird bug but it seems the camera and player model is messed up, your body still appears normal but things like shields, bows, etc dont appear where they should, for example my shield appears floating next to my head, and when i crouch, it goes sideways completely, for bows its just higher than normal, and when you eat food it does the eating animation to the left of you.
this happened when the new update was pushed, 1.16.21
