Broken Sign GUI

I'm running a survival world, and I'm having issues with signs. I place it down and type on it. But when I'm done, my keyboard goes down, and comes back up a split second later. In some cases, I try to close the keyboard, and it comes back up just as fast. And sometimes, when it does stay down, my gamepad stops responding. When I close the app, regardless of which of the two happens, it crashes when I try to relaunch it. My only current fix to the crash is putting my tablet to sleep and waking it back up. (I don't mean shutdown and reboot, BTW.) However, I have not tested this with creative, so I can't say if it does the same thing there.
