XP splitting

When using a mending tool to collect xp while wearing mending armor, some xp goes towards the player level instead of all of it going towards repairing the tool as it did previous to the bug fix update that came out today. While not a major issue this does effect the efficiency of xp farms and it increases the time it takes to repair tools.
