Can have any cape, including ones which could be used to impersonate staff

Hello, I'm wanting to report an exploit that allows users to add skin packs that have a geometry that shouldn't be allowed. Whilst at first I am sure this does not seem to bad I believe it could allow people to easily impersonate staff on servers as users can even implement capes that use the Mojang logo, especially when they can simply use the New Developer cape that I am showing below. This is not even hard to do and simply involves following a short tutorial.

I have also included an image of it working on one of the official Minecraft servers.

I believe this can only be done right now on the Windows 10 and Android versions of the game, and the skins will refuse to load on other platforms.
