Pointed Dripstone shape doesn't update instantly

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build a pillar made of Pointed Dripstone;
2. Destroy it.

Observed Results:
In both steps you may notice a slight delay when the previously placed blocks are supposed to update.

Expected Results:
The shape always updates instantly,

Notes: The video is 4x slower than real time. That makes it easier to notice.
