Particles falling on pointed dripstone appear when jumping

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

In the Java version, pointed dripstone particles appear only when dropped from 4 blocks (as with all other blocks), and in the bedrock version, even when jumping.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a pointed dripstone.
2. Jump on it.

Observed Results:

Falling particles appear.

Expected results:

Particles should only appear when dropped from 4 blocks (as with all other blocks).
