Dripstone Block and Pointed Dripstone doesn't produce walking/jumping sound at all

When you walk or jump on dripstone block or pointed dripstone, it doesn't produce any walking/jumping sounds.

Step to Reproduce
1. Place down some dripstone block and pointed dripstone
2. Walk on it
3. Pay attention to the sound
---> It doesn't produce any walking/jumping sound

Note: The walking/jumping dripstone sounds are already there, but something internally causes these bugs.
