Repeating needs redstone command block can be frozen

The video mostly explains it but, if a  repeating needs redstone command block is being triggered and you get rid of the redstone block activating it, no matter what it will always be triggered unless you place a redstone block back. it gets frozen

Also forgot to mention the command in there is testfor @a[r=2]
