Issues with marketplace

Can search the marketplace but cant get the free map the mountain. I get "we're unable to connect to marketplace. Please check your internet connection?" 

I checked the servers to see if they loaded and they did so it's not an internet issue. Also have minecraft on 2 phones android 10 and android 8 both have the same issue
