Beacon beam sounds still play even though the beam is obstructed

Beacon Beam Sounds still play even though the beam is obstructed by a block.

How to reproduce:

1. Place a 3x3 square of iron blocks
2. Put a block above the center of the 3x3 that is 5 blocks high
3. Place the beacon down
4. Observe the beam sounds playing

Observed Results: It still plays the beam sound even though the beacon beam is obstructed.

Expected Results: It shouldn't play the beam sound when the beam is obstructed.
