World modified date changes even when no changes are made

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a world last modified before today.
2. Click the edit button beside the world on the world selection screen.
3. Close the world options menu without changing any options.

Observed results

The date displayed for the world updates to today's date and the world moves to the top, even though nothing was changed for the world.
If the steps are repeated on a world modified "today", the world does not move to the top.

Expected results

The date does not change unless a world setting is changed, or the world is entered (the latter being similar to Java Edition behaviour).
