Failed to Sync Data

I was literally just playing this world. We spent hours and hours on end, creating this world. It still shows up but says that it has been corrupted. I save it every time after we play. I never had these issues up until this year. The console just shuts off on its own sometimes. Its only Minecraft Nothing else! It says try playing on a console where its in a good state and try migrating it again. Seeing that the xbox series x is only a month old I don't understand! Its not the console either. This happened all last year.
