Health regeneration is very slow

How to produce:
1. Damage your self
2. Let health regen and compare it to Java edition.

This REALLY needs to be fixed, because it's kinda hard to play survival like when you're almost out of health and fighting lots of mobs, it takes FOREVER to regen health...
