Map center differs from world to world

The center of maps differs from World to World. In some, 0,0 is centered in the map but in others, 0,0 is on the top left corner.

This affects both Normal and Locator map types.

Both images attached are for Level 4/4 maps which were made at almost the exact same coordinates, very close to the World Center.
