When a snow golem throws a snowball it plays the arrow shoot sound

The bug

When a snow golem throws a snowball it makes the sound that plays when the player shoots an arrow with a bow instead of the sound that plays when the player throws a snowball.

How to reproduce:

1. Spawn a mob that gets attacked by snow golems, for example husk
2. Spawn a snow golem
3. Wait for the snow golem to attack

Observed result: Everytime the snow golem throws a snowball it plays the arrow shoot sound.
Expected result: When the snow golem throws a snowball it plays the sound for throwing snowballs.
