Doors drop themselves when break the top half in Creative mode.

(This bug happens in many versions older than 1.16.210.61, It happens in 1.16.210.56, 1.16.210.58, 1.16.210.59 and many more)

Doors will drop themselves when breaking the top half of them in Creative mode, instead of nothing.
