Pointed Dripstone replaces water

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place water on the ground;
2. Place a pointed dripstone block on it.

Observed Results:
The pointed dripstone replaces the water.

Expected Results:
The pointed dripstone gets waterlogged.

Notes: Strangely, pointed dripstone currently can't be waterlogged, even though water can flow right through it.
